Conversation with the owner or Managing Director to get an overview of the business, the challenges that are faced, and to see if there is a fit.

Process Mapping

Attended by key personnel, and delivered over half/full day to map out existing processes in as much detail as possible. The purpose of this workshop is to understand the 'As-Is' position and identify with the business what is missing.

Report

Proposed Improvements

Most clients ask us to create a plan based on the outputs of Stage 2. This is done in tandem with management and key stakeholders, incorporating agreed KPI’s and timelines.

Implementation

Implementation of plan created in the planning stage. Fees and key dependencies agreed in advance of work commencing.
